City Permit Validation ("the Service") is operated by VRG Market Solutions LLC. This policy describes how we handle information in this demonstration application.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email), project information you enter, documents you upload, and messages you send through the contact form.
How we use it
To operate the Service: generating advisory readiness reviews, producing PDF reports, and responding to inquiries. When AI analysis is enabled, relevant project text is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate the review. Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information.
Storage and retention
Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. You may delete your projects and documents at any time from your dashboard. You may request account deletion from your profile page.
